🚨BREAKING🚨
The US Supreme Court came out with its opinion today on the vaccine mandate cases.
One was on the OSHA Rule, which required employers that employed over 100 people to enact policies where employees were required to either get vaccinated or get regular Covid tests.
The other was the CMS Rule, which required healthcare facilities that receive Medicare funding to require all healthcare workers to get the vaccine.
SCOTUS blocked the OSHA Rule and allowed the CMS Rule.
What are your thoughts on the decisions? And do you want to see a breakdown of the details of these opinions? Let us know in the comments!!
